Welcome to Beacon Counselling...

Beacon Counselling is a voluntary organisation with a registered charity status and was established in 1984 to provide counselling for people in Bramhall. We now offer counselling to anyone living or working in the Stockport area and beyond.

Where to find us

We have our administrative office in Bramhall, but also provide counselling from various other locations in Stockport such as Cheadle Hulme, Reddish Vale, Stockport Well Being Centre, and the Heaton Norris Pavilion (currently young people only). The purpose behind this is to make counselling at Beacon as accessible as possible so that anyone can benefit.

Please note that we intentionally do not publish the office address in order to prevent the unscheduled arrival of people wishing to receive counselling . We wish this drop-in service were available but due to our limited resources this is simply not possible, we hope you understand our reasons.

Once you have made an inital appointment with us, we will send you full details on how to get there.

Opening Hours

Each site has different opening hours.  Generally, we offer appointments  from Monday to Thurday between the hours of 10.00am and 8.30pm
